Bikes Belong In Traffic - SFPD Training Video

This video seems very one-sided; aimed only at car drivers. When I am driving on the SF city streets I am confronted many,many times with bicyclists who are NOT obeying traffic laws and creating potentially dangerous situations for themselves and putting vehicle drivers at risk as well. Here's a short list:
Ignoring stop signs and traffic signals
Passing on the right
Drinking coffee or eating while riding
Riding in the wrong direction
Wearing headphones while riding
Talking on the phone while riding
I don't mind sharing the road with bicycles, but the riders need to obey all traffic and common sense laws to ensure safety for all traffic and pedestrians.
